Returns & Refunds


NOTE :At fastroly, our customer care representative never ask anyone about CREDIT/DEBIT Card details or OTP at the time of return, so don’t provide such details to anyone who contacts you by the name of Fastroly. All kinds of queries will entertained through official e-mail only.


We, at Fastroly always take proper care in putting an extra efforts to provide best and genuine products so that our valuable customers should be happy and satisfied with the products you purchased from us. But, if in any case you want to return the product, you must abide by below mentioned Return & Refunds Policy-


To raise return query, you are requested to contact us via email to care.fastroly@gmail.com with return request along with order number and reason to return the product.

For any queries you can contact us on: (+91-7698901458) and this is the only number we have. Please dont call on any other number for any queries and don't provide any OTP/Card details. We are not liable if anyone asks your OTP/card details when you call on other number.

You need to raise your return query with images of broken/defective/damaged products within 3 days of delivery. Additionally, we also need photos of the damaged/defective/different products received so that our customer support team can check your case and help you with return process.


You will get a return instructions from our customer support team within 24 working hours after the receipt of email.

Product should be properly packed with all the tags that you received with your product. If we receive the parcel with improper packaging then we shall not accept it.

While returning our product to us after the return instructions from our customer care team, you will be compensated for return courier charges and for other cases you have to bear the courier charges. Kindly pack the return product well when you are returning the product so that it reaches to us in good condition.

All returns & refunds are processed at sole discretion of Fastroly and the decision of Fastroly will be final.

Return Conditions While Returning a Fastroly Product

1) Kindly note that it is compulsory to connect with our customer support team via e-mail, if you want to return a product to us. We will not accept returns which are directly sent back to our warehouse without contacting our customer support team.

2) We don’t provide reverse pickup facility. So, in this case, a customer must have to self-courier the product to our warehouse address after receiving returning instructions on mail from our customer care team.

3) Returns are not accepted which are sold during promotional offers.

4) Products which you want to return must be in unused condition with original packing. Before returning/exchanging the items, please make sure that products are returned with the original condition and packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund will only be issued only after through a quality check of the product.


Once we received the product to our warehouse. We’ll issue a refund to your fastroly wallet and that can be used on your next purchase. A nominal fee will be deducted in case of customer return. Once a refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation mail or SMS.


NOTE: We don’t ask anyone about any bank details, CREDIT/DEBIT Card details or OTP at the time of refund so don’t provide such details to anyone. The original shipping fee and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Self-Ship Orders:

Once fastroly customer support team reviews your return request, you will receive an email containing the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to send back the product within 10 days.



Shipping charges will be borne by customer itself.

We will initiate refund when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you or the online tracking shows as delivered to the seller address. The refund amount will be credited within 3-5 working days after we initiate the refund.
